Festival Website and Facebook Page The new Website and Facebook Page for the Flashback Film And TV Festival are now up and running. To view please follow these links: Flashback Film And TV Festival Website The website is great for all the Festival Information Flashback Film And TV Festival Facebook Group The Facebook page is great if you have questions or comments you want to put directly to the organisers. They also make announcements about changes and updates there.

How to get your tickets to the Festival and pricing. There are 2 ways you can purchase your tickets to the Festival. You can Pre-Register through the Festival website, or you can purchase tickets when you arrive at the Festival. There are a couple of advantages to Pre-Registering though. Firstly if you Pre- Register you receive a small discount. Secondly by Pre-Registering you can make sure you secure your ticket to the Saturday Night Reception. Those tickets are limited and sold on a first come first served basis. If you wish to Pre-Register this is what you need to do: 1) Go to the Festival Website - to the Registration page - here is a handy link that will take you there: Festival Registration Page 2) Download the Registration Form and complete - pricing is on the form. 3) Send with payment to the address at the top of the form 4) Credit Card payment will be available if you prefer. 5) Should your circumstances change and you need to cancel you will receive a full refund up to 18th June. If you cancel after 18th June no refund will be given. If you wish to purchase your tickets when you arrive this is what you do: When you arrive at the Festival go directly to their Registration Desk and buy you tickets over the counter. I believe their registration desk will open on Wednesday 15th July - I cannot confirm the exact time but think it will be mid afternoon. If you wish to have your Festival badge ready and waiting for you then you can fill out the bottom section of the Pre-Registration form and just mail that.

Getting from the Airport To Whispering Woods and other Hotels. FYI - Whispering Woods Hotel is approx 45minutes from the airport. The host hotel does offer a shuttle service which you must book in advance. You can do this by calling the hotel on 662-895-2941 I do not have information on how far ahead you need to book this, but it would be sensible to check with the hotel. If you are staying at neighbouring hotels then I suggest you call the relevent hotel for shuttle information: The Fairfield Inn and Suites - 662-892-4469. Food from in and around the hotel If you are staying at the Whispering Woods and don’t want to eat out, they do have a full restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
