Getting from the Airport To Whispering Woods Hotel.
FYI - Whispering Woods Hotel is approx 45minutes from the airport.
The host hotel does offer a shuttle service which you must book in advance. You
can do this by calling the hotel on 662-895-2941
I do not have information on how far ahead you need to book this, but it would be
sensible to check with the hotel.
If you are staying at neighbouring hotels then I suggest you call the relevent hotel
for shuttle information:

Ticket costs for the Convention.
There are a range of packages to suit every need:
Early Registration Package. This will cover you for all 3 days of the Festival plus the
cost of attending the Banquet. This is $135 per person.
3 Day Registration Package. This will cover all 3 days of the Festival but does not
include the Banquet. This is $90
One Day Package for Thursday. This gets you into the Festival on Thursday only. The
cost is $35 per person
One Day Package for Friday. This gets you into the Festival on Friday only. The cost
is $35 per person
One Day Package for Saturday. This gets you into the Festival on Saturday only.
Saturday is not a full day and therefore the cost is less at $20 per person..
Under 12 Package. This is free as long as the under 12 is with an adult. It does not
include the Banquet.
Saturday Night Banquet Package. This is for the Banquet only and will not get you
entry into the Festival. The cost is $50 per person

How to get your Convention tickets.
To get your tickets ahead of arriving at the Festival you need to complete the
Fesival Registration form and send it with the appropriate payment to the address
on the form.
The form is online - all you do is download it, fill in the required details and send
with payment to Ray Neilsen - address is on the form.

Your tickets will be waiting for you whan the Festival ticket desk opens. Usually
they open Wednesday afternoon but this is not confirmed yet.
If you do not wish to pay before you get to the festival, that is also an option. You
can pay on arrival. However it will save you (and the Festival volunteers) time if you
do pre-register - and if you utilise the early registration package you will save $5
per person.
