Before we do anything else I would like to thank and acknowledge the work that the Festival organisers and volunteers put in to ensure everyone has a wonderful experience. They work particulary hard to accomodate all of the need of Robert and his fans and without the support they give us none of it would be possible. Okay so onto business. All you need to know will be posted right here, and this page will be updated as new information becomes available. For now there is not too much to say except that the Convention will be held on June 5th to 7th 2025 at it’s usual venue The Whispering Woods Hotel

The hotel started taking bookings for the Convention at the beginning of January, and all rooms were sold out in a couple of days.

To help the people who could not get a room the Convention has posted options for other hotels which are close to Whispering Woods. The Fairfield Inn and Suites which is located within walking distance of the Whispering Woods. The number to call is 662-892-4469.
