Starring Karen Black and Tony Lo Bianco, this is one tangled web of a movie, as Karen Black embarks on an extra marital affair not knowing that her husband (Tony Lo Bianco) is also playing away!! Oh what a tengled web we weave!!
In this spoof, sci fi action movie Robert has a cameo role as a pilot. The film was directed by Robert’s Laramie stunt partner Hal Needham.
As most Robert Fuller fans will know, Robert was a superstar in Japan due to their love of his Laramie character, Jess Harper. So it is no surprise that eventually Robert would appear in a Japanese film. The star of this movie was in fact a professional boxer, Guts Ishimatsu.
In this spoof horror movie which stars Exorcist’s Linda Blair, Robert plays Dr Hackett in a cameo poking a little bit of fun at his Emergency character Dr Brackett.
Maverick the movie was based upon the hugely successful 1950’s and 60’s TV show of the same name. In making this movie, director Robert Donner decided to use a whole bunch of great western actors from the pinnacle of the TV western era. So Robert was joined by Dub Taylor, Dennis Fimple, Denver Pyle, Leo Gordon, Paul Brinegar, William Smith, Doug McClure, Henry Darrow, Bert Remsen, Charles Dierkop, James Drury and Will Hutchins.
