Elmer Bernstein composed many great western
soundtracks and his score for The Magnificent
Seven was ranked by the American Film Institute
as the eighth greatest American film score of all
time.
In 1966 he received an Academy Award
nomination for Return Of The Seven for Best
Original Score
Harley Hatcher has had an amazing career in
music, and with The Hard Ride he composed one of
the very best film soundtracks which was
integral to the film’s success.

“The Brain From Planet Arous” was an early appearnce
by Robert in what has become a cult classic.
The soundtrack was composed by Walter Greene, who
worked on many movie and TV projects for 30 years. He
received and academy award nomination in 1946 for
the film “Why Girls Leave Home”.

“The Gatling Gun” was a 1969 western where Robert
played his most “evil bad guy”.
Teh soundtrack was composed by Paul Sawtell and
Bert Shefter, 2 composers who formed an alliance in
the late 50’s, composing many movie soundtracks
including “Voyage To The Bottom OF the Sea”
